AMY NOBLE

AMY NOBLE is an experienced commercial Intellectual Property and Film and Television Lawyer, Commercial Executive and Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary. Over her career as a lawyer for Screen Australia, Director of Business Affairs and Legal for Fremantle Australia and COO of animation studio Flying Bark, Amy has been involved in the commercial and legal aspects of financing, development and production of more than 100 film and television projects spanning live action, scripted and unscripted and animated feature films, television and documentary projects. Amy has extensive experience in advising on the incentives available to film and television projects at both a State and Federal level as well as through co-production. She has been involved in novel applications of the PDV, Producer Offset and Location Offset and has experience in negotiating successful outcomes with Screen Australia and the Department of the Arts in respect of these incentives. Amy has led major industrial relations negotiations with agents and unions in respect of enterprise agreements, industry agreements and bespoke employment arrangements and conditions for local and offshore writers, directors, cast and crew. Amy also has experience in establishing local terms and conditions for projects where creatives and crew are represented internationally and expect consistency with UK or US industrial agreements. Amy is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an experienced Company Director and Secretary with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk.
